Retractable belt conveyor is suitable for loading and unloading of bagged goods of about 10-60 kg. This conveyor can be moved to different working locations at will with only 2 people, pushed directly into the interior of the carriage, and can be penetrated to about 10 meters deep. When working in the carriage, when this conveyor is working, it only needs to manually drag the goods close to the body to complete the operation. The goods are loaded in forward rotation and unloaded in reverse rotation. The loading and unloading efficiency can reach about 30 pieces of goods per minute. The working position of the conveyor can be adjusted in multiple directions according to the operation requirements. Using the original hydraulic device of the mechanical arm, the maximum height can be raised to 4 meters, and the minimum can be reduced to 2 meters, which solves the problem of difficult palletizing of heavy goods.

Machine head transmission equipment: It is composed of transmission drum, reducer, hydraulic coupling, frame, unloading drum and cleaner.

Intermediate frame: It is a quick and detachable support without bolts, and is composed of H-shaped bracket, steel pipe, flat idler, hook-type grooved idler, "V" type idler, etc.

Belt retracting equipment: located at the back of the tension winch, it is composed of frame, self-aligning idler, reducer, motor, rotating rod, etc.

Feeding equipment and unloading equipment: The feeding equipment is installed behind the receiving and unloading equipment, and is directed from the steering to the feeding section. The overhaul and maintenance of the Retractable Belt Conveyor is mainly carried out for the four major parts of the belt conveyor cleaner, the conveyor belt itself, the power unit and the electrical protection device.

(1) The Retractable Belt Conveyor cleaner should be checked and cleaned regularly, and attention should be paid to whether there is any material residue during the transportation of the goods. At the same time, if the cleaner presses too tightly on the surface of the belt or drum, or the clearance is too large, it is easy to damage the belt or reduce the cleaning effect.

(3) The maintenance of the power unit requires electromechanical maintenance personnel, who often observe the grease lubrication and heating conditions of these components. During the observation process, if it is found that there is oil leakage or lubricating oil infiltration in these equipment, the cause should be checked in time, and grease should be added to the leakage part; for equipment that is abnormally hot, it should be shut down for maintenance in time to find out the cause to avoid accidents.
