Introduction of Small Bucket Elevator

Small bucket elevators are specially designed for users with low lifting capacity, mainly using a series of hoppers fixed on traction chains or tapes to transport various bulk materials upward in a vertical or near-vertical direction. The small bucket elevator can adjust the running speed according to the size of the conveying volume, and is suitable for vertical conveying of powdery, granular and small block and less abrasive bulk materials, such as grain, coal, cement, crushed ore, etc. The lifting height can reach 40 meters.

Features and Benefits

Structure of Small Bucket Elevator

Hopper: fixed on the tape (or traction chain), there are three kinds of deep hopper - suitable for loose materials; shallow hopper - viscous materials; triangular hopper - heavy and lumpy materials

Housing: Built-in transmission and stopper.​​

Body: thin steel plate welded into a square shell, equipped with deviation alarm.

Bottom: install tensioning device.

Application

Small Bucket Elevator is suitable for small production demand and small production sites to lift and convey powdered, granular, small abrasive or non-abrasive bulk materials such as biscuits, candy, powdered sugar, cement, coal, limestone, dry clay, clinker, etc.
