Introduction

Working Principle

When the animal feed bucket elevator starts to work, the motor drives the sprocket to rotate through the reducer. The sprocket is connected to the chain, and the chain pulls the bucket up or down in the vertical direction.

When the lifting bucket moves in the upward direction, it enters the material from the bottom of the material pile or container, and then guides the next position through the upper guide. During the lifting process, the lifting bucket can run smoothly through the conveying system formed by the sprocket and the chain, and lift the material from one position to another.

When the lifting bucket reaches the set height, the rotating moment will be released, and the lifting bucket will start to move along the descending direction. During the descending process, the lifting bucket enters the material from the bottom of the material pile or container again, and guides the material to shift to the next position through the upper guide device.
