Under normal production conditions, burning coal will produce about 6 tons of boiler slag every day, and the temperature of the boiler slag falling on the slag remover is about 650℃. Boiler slag needs to be cooled during conveying, and cooling screw conveyor is the best solution. It can easily cool the customer's boiler slag at 650°C to below 100°C through the built-in water cooling jacket. Ordinary industrial water can be used as cooling water.
The weight of one cubic meter of boiler slag is about 0.975-1.05 tons. The customer burns coal to produce about 6 tons of boiler slag, which is about 6 cubic meters of boiler slag. It is recommended to choose a cooling screw conveyor with a spiral diameter of 400mm.
The cooling screw conveyor can convey powder, granular and irregular block slag. The screw blade is made of 304 stainless steel, which is very resistant to wear and tear, so there is no need to worry about frequent blockages and maintenance costs in application. At the same time, the whole conveyor is fully sealed, so there is no need to worry about pollution and cleaning problems during transportation.
