Application of plate chain bucket elevator in coal industry

The plate chain bucket elevator is suitable for vertical lifting of medium, large and abrasive materials (such as limestone, cement clinker, gypsum, lump coal), and the material temperature needs to be controlled below 250 °C.

The plate chain bucket elevator is used to lift coal or reaction raw materials from a low place to a high place in the reaction furnace storage tank. It has the characteristics of good sealing, no dust, high lifting height and strong lifting capacity.

Features:

1. Wide range of promotion. The plate chain bucket elevator has less requirements on the type, characteristics and lumpiness of the material; it can lift powdery, granular and block materials; it can improve the abrasive materials; it can improve the high temperature materials with a temperature < 250 degrees.

2. Large conveying capacity. The lifting capacity can reach 15-800 cubic meters per hour, and the energy consumption is low. The plate chain bucket elevator adopts inflow feeding, gravity-induced discharging, and adopts densely arranged large-capacity hopper transportation.

3. Long service life. This type of elevator adopts inflow feeding, which will not scatter during feeding, lifting and unloading, which prevents abrasive wear. The conveyor chain adopts plate chain type high-strength wear-resistant chain, which prolongs the service life of the chain and the chain bucket. The actual use shows that the service life of the conveyor chain is more than 5 years.

4. The lifting height is high. The chain speed is low, the operation is stable, and the plate chain type high-strength wear-resistant chain is used, so it can reach a higher lifting height.

5. Good sealing, less environmental pollution, to ensure the reliability of the whole machine operation.

6. Small mechanical size. Compared with other types of elevators with the same lifting capacity, the mechanical size of the plate chain bucket elevator is smaller.
