Concrete Screw Conveyor

Concrete screw conveyor is a screw conveying auger specially designed for fly ash, concrete mixing station, cement plant, brick kiln, etc. The conveying length of a single auger can reach 60m, and it can be used in combination with multiple spirals, and the screw speed is 25 -140 rpm, the conveying volume is 1.4-458 cubic meters per hour. In order to ensure the conveying effect and output, it is recommended to convey horizontally or at an inclined angle below 30°.

In the above usage scenarios, common tubular screw conveyors and concrete screw conveyors are generally used together. The tubular screw conveyor is suitable for conveying non-sticky powders such as dry cement and fly ash, and the integrally formed tubular design ensures no material leakage during the conveying process. Concrete screw conveyors can be used to convey viscous and highly abrasive materials such as concrete and wet materials. Materials can be conveyed to cement silos, concrete batchers or mixers.

The application of concrete screw conveyor in concrete transportation has the following advantages

Helical blade pitch variable pitch design, less feeding and faster discharging, not easy to block materials and improve efficiency;

The cold-rolled blade is stronger and wear-resistant, and the hardness of the outer edge can reach HB240, which is in line with the characteristics of large-scale materials such as concrete or concrete ingredients. The service life of the machine is longer and the cost performance is higher;

The pipe wall of the concrete screw conveyor is fully sealed and treated with anti-seepage water, and it can work normally in rainy days to ensure that it will not be blocked due to rainwater infiltration;

The 360° swivel ball or bag soft connection with no dead angle rotation adjustment can flexibly adapt to the complex layout of the mixing plant, and can also be connected more closely to prevent material leakage;

The bearing is moved outside the casing, which is more convenient for maintenance and lubrication. The sliding bearing is dust-proof and sealed, and runs smoothly.
