The pipe screw conveyor can also transport the material that the U-shaped screw conveyor can transport, so the pipe screw conveyor may be more dominant.

2. The difference in conveying length

U-shaped screw conveyor is a kind of screw conveyor, suitable for small-scale operation, stable conveying, and can play a good role in the case of limited conveying site.

The pipe screw conveyor has the advantage of multiple connections, so it can transport materials over a long distance. The conveying length of a single machine can reach 60 meters, which can fully meet the needs of customers.

3. Differences in product appearance

In fact, the most obvious difference between the LS type screw conveyor and the U type screw conveyor is the difference in appearance.

LS type screw conveyor is a tubular screw conveyor. The casing of the conveyor is connected by steel pipes through flanges to connect each section as a whole, so it is called a tubular screw conveyor.

The horizontal screw conveyor is also called the U-shaped screw conveyor. Other shapes are like the capital letter U, which is a semicircle at the top.
