1. According to the material of the screw feeder - carbon steel and stainless steel screw feeder

According to the material of the screw feeder, it can be divided into carbon steel screw feeder and stainless steel screw feeder.

The carbon steel screw feeder has no special properties, and the body is usually painted, which improves the rust and wear resistance of ordinary carbon steel to a certain extent, and is used for ordinary granular or powder material transportation;

Stainless steel screw conveyor has strong wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, no rust, safety and non-toxicity, and is usually used in food, medicine, chemical industry, environmental protection, etc., which have high hygiene requirements or have certain corrosiveness. The material is conveyed into the feed.

2. According to the conveying direction of the screw feeder - horizontal, inclined, vertical screw feeder

According to the production layout of the actual conveying site, the screw feeder can convey horizontally, inclinedly and vertically.

Usually, the screw feeder is inclined to convey. In order to achieve the best conveying effect, it is recommended that the best conveying angle is not greater than 65°, so as to avoid a large decline in the feeding capacity of the screw feeder.

3. According to the appearance of the screw feeder - tubular, U-shaped screw feeder

The appearance design of the screw feeder is usually selected according to the inclination angle requirements and sealing requirements of the conveyed materials.

The conveying angle of the U-shaped screw feeder generally does not exceed 20°, and there is no special requirement for the inclination angle of the tubular screw feeder.

Tubular screw feeder is generally made of seamless steel pipe, which has better sealing performance and is suitable for conveying materials with large dust and strong fluidity. U-type is generally equipped with a movable tank cover, which is detachable and is easy to block when used for conveying Or materials with more solid content.
