Small diameter screw conveyor is a special design of screw conveyor. It has the characteristics of small diameter, small capacity and stable conveying volume.
As the name implies, the diameter of the small diameter screw conveyor will be smaller than that of other screw conveyors, with widths of 114mm, 159mm, 160mm, 250mm, 315mm, etc. It is specially designed for users with small output.
Applicable situation:
1. Less material, slow feeding or low conveying volume requirements
In the case of less material, slow feeding or low conveying volume requirements, the use of traditional large-diameter screw conveyors will cause the material to fail to fill the conveying pipeline, resulting in less material or no material idling of the conveyor, which will cause damage to the motor and conveying pipeline, shortening the Machine life;
2. Limited space
The location where the screw conveyor needs to be placed is narrow and cannot accommodate large-diameter machines. Choosing a small-diameter screw conveyor can easily solve this problem.
