Both the electromagnetic vibrating feeder and the motor vibrating feeder are common vibrating feeding equipment, and the difference between the two is mainly caused by the different power sources.
1. Power source
It can be seen from the names of the two vibrating feeders, one is powered by electromagnetism and the other is powered by motor.
The vibration frequency of electromagnetic feeding is high (3000 times/min (half-wave rectification) or 1500 times/min (half-wave rectification and frequency division)), the amplitude is small (1.5-3mm), the feeding is soft, but maintenance is difficult;
The vibration frequency of motor feeding is low (700-3000 times/min), the amplitude is large (2-5mm), the feeding volume is also larger, and the later maintenance is simple;
2. Main features and applications
The biggest feature of the electromagnetic vibrating feeder is that it can stop and start instantly, and the feeding speed can be adjusted without gear to achieve accurate feeding. Therefore, it is often used in quantitative feeding and batching, with weighing systems, packaging machines and other equipment in the production line. .
The motor vibrating feeder has a simple structure, low cost, convenient maintenance, and large feeding capacity. It can be used for feeding large-scale equipment, and for coarse and heavy materials such as stone factories and building materials factories.
3. Working principle
Electromagnetic vibrating feeding generates exciting force through the electromagnet and electric coil in the electromagnetic vibrator, and the elastic system of directional forced vibration makes the whole feeder work in a low critical resonance state, so that the trough can be moved at a certain inclination angle. reciprocating motion;
The motor vibrating feeder has the resultant linear exciting force generated by two vibrating motors, which is transmitted to the tank through the shock absorbing spring to force the trough to slide and throw to realize feeding.
