The buried scraper conveyor is a fully sealed design. The bulk material is transported to the designated position by means of the scraper chain in the sealed casing that advances along the specified direction. Multiple feeding ports can be designed to realize multi-point feeding.

The buried scraper conveyor can carry out horizontal and inclined conveying, and the material's own driving force, friction force and the driving force of the scraper drive the material to advance or rise.

The buried scraper conveyor is mainly composed of the casing (machine slot) with the closed link scraper structure, the scraper chain, the driving device, the tensioning device and the safety protection device.

Driving device: The power source of the buried scraper conveyor is composed of a motor, a reducer, a transmission chain, a coupling, a sprocket and other structures.

Scraper chain: one of the key equipment for material advancement, it is selected and designed according to the specific conditions of the conveyed material. The form of die forging chain, roller chain and double plate chain can be selected, and the chain pitch can also be selected and designed according to requirements.

Tensioning device: The tensioning device can be divided into screw type, spring screw type, weight drop type, etc. Each has its own advantages and disadvantages, which should be selected according to the specific model of the buried scraper conveyor.

Chassis: It is usually made of painted carbon steel. Other materials can be selected according to the specific elaboration of the material and the use site environment. The role of the chassis is to protect the fragile scraper chain and reduce dust during transportation. Multiple feed ports or special feed port shapes can be designed on the casing according to requirements.

Safety protection device: 1. Protect the drive device, prevent the motor from overloading, and maintain the normal operation of the machine; 2. Ensure the safety of production personnel.
