Compared with other conveying equipment, the screw conveyor has the advantages of small cross-sectional size, better sealing performance, very stable and reliable operation, multi-point loading and unloading in the middle, safe operation, and easy maintenance. The screw conveyor usually consists of three parts: the screw conveyor body, the in-out device and the drive device. The screw machine body is composed of three parts: the head section, the middle section and the tail section.
When the material enters the screw conveyor from the loading port, the screw shaft starts to rotate, and the material and the tank wall squeeze each other to generate frictional force, so that the material moves forward along the bottom of the conveyor groove under the push of the blade.
In the middle bearing part, the material moves forward by the thrust of the material continuously entering the tank.
The screw conveyor conveys the material, the material does sliding movement, and the screw blade plays the role of loosening the material and pushing the material.
By installing the motor and other driving devices at the discharge port, the screw shaft is in a tension state, which is conducive to conveying.
