Structure:
The worm gear screw conveyor is mainly composed of a driving device, a head assembly, an outer pipe, a shaftless screw, a groove liner, a feeding port, a discharging port, a cover plate (when necessary), a base, etc.
1. The drive device adopts helical gear reducer. When it is horizontal, the reducer is opposite to the outlet, and when it is inclined, the reducer is at the outlet.
2. The head is equipped with a thrust bearing, which can bear the axial force generated when conveying materials.
3. The outer tube is U-shaped, and the upper part has a rain-proof cover. Material is stainless steel or carbon steel.
4. Shaftless helical blade: stainless steel or 16Mn.
5. Slot liner: nylon or polyethylene board, nylon material, to protect the outer pipe wall.
6. There are two types of water inlet and outlet: square and round. Generally, the form of water inlet and outlet is determined by the user, mainly square.
