Application:
Shaft screw conveyor: mainly used for all kinds of powder, granular and small pieces of loose material horizontal conveying and vertical lifting. Such as coal, ash, slag, cement, grain, etc., the material temperature is less than 200℃.
Shaftless screw conveyor:the advantage of this kind of screw conveyor is that there is no interference from the central axis, and it can transport belt and winding materials well. This kind machine has long transmission distance.
According to users need, the use of multi-level series installation, further improve the transmission distance.
type screw conveyor: U-type screw conveyor is widely used in food, chemical, building materials, metallurgy, mining, power and other departments, mainly used for conveying small granular, powder, small block materials.
It isn’t suitable for conveying materials that are easy to degenerate, sticky and easy to agglomerate and have large water content.
Tube screw conveyor: this kind of screw conveyor bearing capacity is large, safe and reliable. Tube screw conveyor is mainly used for concrete mixing station to transport cement, fly ash materials, but also suitable for chemical industry, metallurgy, granary processing, storage and other places, the machine helix diameter is small, high speed, large throughput, high precision, good delivery conditions.
Stainless steel material: Made of 304 or 316 stainless steel, it is suitable for conveying materials with certain corrosiveness and high temperature (200°C) with special requirements for sanitation,such as food and pharmaceutical industries.
