Structure
Drive device: It is the power part, divided into single drive and double drive. The drive motor is suitable for 380V, three-phase, 50Hz, protection class IP55 (outdoor type), and insulation class F. The gear reducer has the advantages of high torque, low noise and no oil leakage.
Bearings: including fore and aft bearings and intermediate bearings. The head and tail bearings are arranged outside the machine slot, which is convenient for installation and maintenance, and at the same time prevents dust or materials from entering, and has a longer service life.
When the screw conveyor is too long, it is usually assembled in multiple sections. When it exceeds 3-4 meters, install the intermediate bearing, also known as the hanging bearing. Its main function is to bear part of the weight and the force generated by the operation of the screw shaft.
Machine slot: used to support the screw shaft and intermediate bearing, and provide a channel for conveying materials.
Spiral blade: choose carbon steel, stainless steel, manganese steel according to the material. For viscous and winding materials on conveyors, shaftless helical blades can be used.
