Product Structure
Tubular Screw Conveyor is mainly composed of spiral body, machine groove, bearing, driving device and so on.
Spiral body: It consists of a screw shaft and a screw blade welded on the shaft. According to the different winding directions of the screw blade on the rotating shaft, the Tubular Screw Conveyor screw blade is divided into two types: left-handed and right-handed.
Driving device: The motor is used as the driving force, decelerated by the cycloidal pinwheel reducer, and then the power is transmitted to the screw shaft through the coupling.
Bearing: Rolling hanging bearing, using 80000 type sealed bearing, with a dust-proof sealing structure on the shaft cover, commonly used in places where it is not easy to refuel, no oiling or oil contaminates the material, the sealing effect is good, the life of the hanging bearing is long, and the temperature of the conveyed material is good. ≤80℃.
Sliding hanging bearing, designed with dust-proof sealing device, is often used for conveying material with high temperature (>80°C) or conveying liquid material.
